Although our monthly connections are the core of what we do, our ambassadors also organise community events!

Coffee on a hill
This is a circular walk of approximately 7km. We will head up Firle beacon, stop to enjoy the views and drink our coffee and then head back down again.

Max 20. Dog welcome but please make sure they can be on leads (there are sheep at certain points). There is one hill which is quite steep but we will take our time and have as many breaks as we need.
Bring walking shoes/boots. Don't forget to bring a thermos of coffee to enjoy at the top, maybe some cake too!
Parking is free.
Sauna & Sea Dip at Sandbanks, Poole
Social sauna and sea dip at The Saltwater Sauna on Sandbanks Beach (Poole, Dorset). Come for some easy conversation with like-minded women.

There are steps into the sauna - no children or dogs - sea dipping at your own risk. Bring a water bottle, towel, changing robe, swimsuit.
About me: I'm 30, regular sea dipper, and if you're a little nervous to join in - I promise I'll yap with you!
Solstice Therfield Heath Hangout
We will have a good stomp and explore around Therfield Heath. I'm an official guide at the local cave (Royston Cave) so know a little bit about the history of the area which I'm happy to share.

Please wear comfortable shoes for hiking and bring layers to adjust to the different temperatures and weather. We will stop for a simple picnic at the end therefore please bring a packed lunch.
It is dog friendly but not family friendly and appropriate for beginner/intermediate hikers. If you have limited mobility and would like to participate, please contact me to discuss your exact requirements.

Knole & Ightham Mote Walk
A 7.8 mile walk around Knole House Deer Park and Ightham Mote. After the walk we can eat lunch together - either bring a picnic lunch or you can pick something up at the cafe.

You need to pre-book admission on the National Trust website. Bring walking boots, water and picnic lunch or money for cafe.
Dogs are allowed but MUST be on leads the whole time as there are deer here.
Walk & Sauna - Knepp Wildland
Come join us for a walk around Knepp Wilding Estate and then a sauna afterwards. The walk (the 'red route') is a flat 6.5 miles and should take us approximately 3 hours. We will stop for a picnic lunch after the walk. The sauna (Kindred Sauna) is booked at 2:30 for 75 mins. It's such a lovely spot - you quite often see white storks flying over while cooling off. You're welcome to come just for the walk or just for the sauna.

Herne Bay to Whitstable Walk & Ice Cream
Easy 9km coastal walk finishing with ice cream on the beach. The point-to-point route starts and ends at train stations so those driving can catch the train back to the beginning.
